Who we are
Beanframe is run by TALCO Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: hello@beanframe.com. Postal address: TALCO Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Beanframe is offered to customers in the United States only.
What we collect
The photo you upload and the AI-generated portrait we make from it. Your photo is sent to our AI provider to create the portrait before you pay. When you buy, Stripe collects your email and payment details on its own page, under Stripe's privacy policy; we never see your card number. To understand how the site is used and to prevent abuse, we record simple, cookie-free counts of visits and steps (such as "preview made"), where a visit came from, and, for later steps, the random ID of your preview. The analytics counts are pseudonymous: they hold no name, email, IP address or device fingerprint. Our hosting and storage providers (Google Cloud and Cloudflare) keep technical logs such as IP addresses. We don't have accounts and we don't set advertising or tracking cookies. We set one small cookie that counts how many previews your browser made today, to limit abuse; it expires after 24 hours. For the same reason we keep a daily count tied to a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, never the address itself, and a scrambled (hashed) code of each uploaded file so we don't make the same preview twice. The address code changes every day and can't be linked across days. We keep the daily address codes for no more than 2 days, and the codes of uploaded files for no more than 14 days. Photos that our automated checks flag as explicit, violent or otherwise not allowed are blocked and not saved; we keep only a record that a photo was blocked and a scrambled code of your address, for no more than 30 days, to prevent abuse. Because we don't keep blocked photos, we can't review them later. We may stop accepting uploads from people who repeatedly upload blocked material. If a photo is flagged as suspected child sexual abuse material, the law requires us to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to keep the photo and related information, including the uploader's IP address, for at least one year. We may share it with law enforcement. We send only transactional emails about your order.
Why we use it
Only to make and deliver your portrait, take payment, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We do not sell or share personal information.
Who processes it
Ask us which AI provider we use at hello@beanframe.com. Our AI provider (creates the AI portrait), Cloudflare (stores files and runs a human check on the upload form), Stripe (payments; Stripe handles deletion of the data it holds, and we handle ours, such as photos and portraits), Google Cloud (hosts the site) and Google (our email). Our AI provider's API terms state that API data isn't used to train its models unless the customer opts in, and that it may keep inputs for a limited time for abuse monitoring. Our AI provider may screen uploaded images for safety, and content it flags may be kept longer for review. Before we make a portrait, your photo is checked automatically, using our AI provider, to make sure it shows a pet and not a person. A photo that fails the check is not saved by us. No person looks at your uploads unless you ask us for help.
Your files and links
Your preview and download are reached through long, unguessable links. Anyone who has a link can open it, so don't share links you want to keep private.
How long we keep it
You can ask us to delete your photo and portrait at any time by emailing hello@beanframe.com, and we will. Files for previews that are never purchased are removed automatically after 7 days (30 days if you started checkout). Files for purchases are kept so you can download them again, until you ask us to delete them.
Photos of people
Beanframe is for pet photos. Please don't upload photos of people, especially children. You are responsible for what you upload. If you tell us a photo of a child was uploaded, we will delete it. Beanframe is not directed to children, and buyers must be 18 or older.
Your rights
California and other US-state residents may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about them by emailing hello@beanframe.com. We respond within 45 days.
