Refunds

You see a free preview of your AI-generated portrait before you pay, and the file you download is that same image without the watermark. Because you approve the preview first, we don't refund a change of mind.

We will refund you in full if, within 60 days of purchase, the file doesn't arrive, is corrupted or won't download, or is significantly different from the preview you approved, or if you were charged twice or without your permission. Email hello@beanframe.com with your receipt; we aim to reply within 3 business days. We send refunds to your original payment method through Stripe, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them. This doesn't affect rights you have by law.
