Terms

Last updated November 2, 2026. We may change these Terms; the date above shows the latest version.

The service

Beanframe, run by TALCO Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, uses AI to turn your pet photo into a painted-style portrait. Every portrait is AI-generated, not hand-painted. AI output can be imperfect and may differ from your pet. Previews are free and watermarked; the full-size download is a paid digital product. The service is offered to customers in the United States, and you must be 18 or older to buy.

Your photos

Upload only pet photos that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of people, especially children, or anything unlawful. Uploading content you don't have the rights to is a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for what you upload. You give us only the licence needed to make and deliver your portrait. We may refuse or remove content and suspend access for abuse.

Your portrait

As between you and us, we give you whatever rights we hold in your portrait for personal, non-commercial use, including printing it for yourself or as a gift. We don't guarantee the portrait is protectable by copyright, because purely AI-generated material may not be. Commercial resale is not included. Portraits may carry provenance metadata identifying them as AI-generated; please don't remove it. Downloads stay available as described in our privacy policy.

Payment

Payments are processed in US dollars by Stripe. Beanframe is run by TALCO Labs LLC, which sells the portrait to you. By paying you agree to these Terms and our refund policy.

If you believe a photo or portrait on Beanframe infringes your rights, email hello@beanframe.com and we will review and remove it.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, subject to any consumer protections that apply where you live.
